As part of our expansion in **Hong Kong**, we are looking for a **Front-End Application Developer – Python.**

Quanteam is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global quantitative investment firm, recognized for its activities across all major liquid asset classes worldwide.

### Your **RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with a modern, streamlined architecture
- Work with the front office to define and implement technical solutions related to new trading initiatives
- Communicate regularly with quants and traders to provide tailored solutions
- Propose new ideas and insights based on data-driven pipelines and analytics tools

### Your **PROFILE**

You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills; prior experience in finance is a plus, but not required

### **Your SKILLS**

- 2 to 8 years of experience in software development
- Solid experience with Python and essential libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture
- Strong foundation in computer science
- Experience with Linux environments, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and containerized applications (preferably Docker)
- Experience with other programming languages such as Java, C++, or C# is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
